ServiceLink Encompass Partner Connect™ enhancements: what’s new in the integration

New features in the title and close integration resulted from real-time client insights and the maturation of the integration.
ServiceLink is yet again taking advantage of the cloud-based framework of Encompass Partner Connect™ (EPC) to evolve its title and close integration with Encompass®. It launched its title and close integration more than a year ago, and now has rolled out updates to support originator workflows.
More closing scheduling options in ServiceLink Encompass integration
ServiceLink has enhanced the closing scheduling feature in its Encompass title and close integration. With the convenience of instant scheduling technology, without leaving the Encompass experience, lenders receive direct, real-time access to the calendars of ServiceLink’s panel of highly qualified signing agents nationwide, allowing the lender or borrower to instantly book a closing and receive confirmation that includes a photo of the agent and the make and model of their car, along with reminders and arrival updates. Orders can be made for either in-person or remote online notarization closings.
Access to this technology saves lenders days on the closing process, increasing flexibility, accelerating the ordering process and providing updates to improve transparency.
The scheduling UI improvements included in the latest iteration of the integration presents even more date options to the end-user – even allowing them to request same-day closings. By scheduling from within Encompass, they can lock in closing dates for their clients’ exact availability in real time.
Lenders can also empower their borrower to schedule and, from Encompass, set a date range window. Using this functionality, they can guide their borrowers to the soonest possible close date if desired, or pick another day that fits into their team’s workflows. They simply select “have borrower schedule” and an automated email or text link is sent to their borrower. This advanced scheduling UI for title and closing in Encompass offers lenders and their borrowers maximum flexibility and the ability to close exactly when they want, including that same day.
Streamlined lender workflows
ServiceLink’s closing ordering and scheduling functionality complements its title solution, which aims to provide transparency and efficiency throughout the origination process. A built-in fee quoting engine now populates relevant information directly in Encompass, supporting lender workflows.
Additionally, with ServiceLink’s solution, lenders receive an estimated clear-to-close timeframe early in the process, allowing them to communicate effectively with their borrowers and prioritize work effectively. Thanks to ServiceLink’s tech-enabled workflows, the majority of loans qualify for an expedited process.
